Ikan Panggang Tempoyak (Pais Ikan)

Assalamualaikum....

Hai alls...!!! I'm very sure you are 'tempoyak lovers'...heh heh..Just like me.. Tempoyak is one of my favourite food... Especially every meals from my mom hand...heh heh...

Now i'm gonna share with you guys.... Pais Ikan Tempoyak...from Jerantut recipe... :D

All you need are like below;

1 - Fish (any fish you like)
2 - Tempoyak (its made from durian fruit which we will ensiled this fruit without its seed with salt)
3 - Chili
4 - Salt
5 - Sugar
6 - Turmeric powder
7 - Turmeric leaf
8 - Kesum leaf 


....simple!!!

and to make it is just like....

First : You grind chili with turmeric powder with salt and sugar until it pulverize. 
Second : Then you cut the leaf, turmeric leaf and kesum leaf into small piece.
Third : Mix first step and second step with tempoyak then put all those mixing stuff on the fish :)
Fourth : Put in the pan with slow or small gas only....

after 20 minutes, you can take it out..and its ready!!!

turmeric leaf and kesum leaf cut into small pieces...and now i insert tempoyak picture :)

mix all into pan...and cook for about 20 minutes with small gas only...

now its ready...my lunch today...fish grill with tempoyak... rice and cabbage ^_^


nota kaki:
terpaksa tulis dalam bahasa inggeris kali ni sebab ada manusia yang tak pandai bahasa melayu tu nak sgt belajar...nah amek kau...BI aku tunggang langgang :P
